Aunt Aggie’s words of wisdom
Hello Dear Ones
I heard about Annie Were’s invasion of Atyllah’s journal (upset Atyllah no end, but what wasted energy and emotion) and I thought I may as well join the throng, especially given it’s full moon and who knows what may happen…
Atyllah is currently running herself to the bone to prevent fallout from Annie’s transformation but personally I don’t believe it’s necessary. Nothing happens without reason and any activity on Annie’s part will be part of the Great Journey for Annie, Atyllah and all you, dearly beloved ones.
I must also say, I can see a good deal of merit in this journal of Atyllah’s. What a wonderful way of reaching so many of you. So lovely.
As you read my letter to you, I would like you to encourage you to concentrate on your breath, becoming aware of each inhalation and exhalation.
Breathe in… Breathe out… Breathe in… Breathe out…
There you go.
You will find focussing on your breath helps you become calm and centred.
And, when you breathe all things live. Breath, you know, sustains the world and connects you to the Great Spirit. Yes dear ones, such connection can be that simple. One really doesn't need handclapping and singing or men raving from podiums. One doesn't need rules and laws and books which tell you what to do. It is all far less complicated than that.
Poor dears, in your daily lives you fret and rush about so much that you keep yourselves disconnected from the Great Spirit and the Soul Pool and all that is joy and serenity. And really, tranquillity, peace, harmony, love, joy and serenity await you with open arms. The Source of All waits to embrace you.
But you are so preoccupied with so many things that your poor minds are constantly scattered and frenetic.
You know, one of your wise men once said:
“The farmer channels water to his land.
The fletcher whittles his arrows.
And the carpenter turns his wood.
So the wise direct their mind.”
It is all about focus, you see.
But humans, it strikes me, have spent so much time acquiring knowledge, worrying about success and failure and striving for gain that you have forgotten what is natural to all beings. You have forgotten your stillness and how to go within.
You see, dear ones, when you go within you find all you seek. You do not need the material world or acquired knowledge because you hold infinite wisdom within your own soul.
Let me leave you with that thought and the encouragement to find and know stillness by focussing on the breath that is life.
Ooh, I’ve just heard Atyllah come in – best I drift away from here, we don’t want the dear girl more upset than she already is with all this full moon business.
Blessings, love and light, dear ones,
Aggie.
